Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although beautiful, left our luggage directly next to the construction site and were rather second-rate, not as clean as expected. On a positive note, the location is incredible, right on the beach in the middle of the jungle, where you can enjoy the sights of birds and animals wandering around. However, the service was not overly friendly or helpful, with misleading information about internet access in the lobby and restaurant. The dining experience, unfortunately, lacked explanation and variety in options.
